"The Thinker" by Zolan is the only edition of The Thinker plate 1991. I purchased this in 1992 from Pemberton & Oakes, Santa Barbara, CA. You will recieve the plate, stand, original box, Zolan's own story about this miniature plate, this is the story he tells:
"Growing up isn't all fun and games and sometimes a littly guy needs to sit down and think things through. That's why I painted "The Thinker". It shows a little boy sitting alone on an old tire.
There could be a dozen different reasonss why he's sitting here righ now. He't at that age, that moment, when he's discovering he can figure things out. He could be sad, or a little hurt, or wrestling with angry feeling. There's a lot churning inside of him."

A certificate certifing number is an authentic registered plate. Made during a single 19 day firing schedule for 1992.
