2 Dozen [24 pieces] Vintage Fancy Mother-of-Pearl Buttons. Geometric carved patterns in mother-of-pearl shell buttons, with diameters from 1/4 inch to 1 inch across. Some have the 6-sided hexagon pattern, others cut from the rims to make a 6-rayed geometrical figure on the face, and a couple of square patterns.
Time: late-19th- to early-20th century
