Colonial Gentleman Figurine / YAMASHIRO RYUHEI 1940's

This lovely Colonial Gentleman Figurine is in excellent condition and is marked,"Made In Japan" on the bottom above a red emblem, and it is also ensized on the back of the chair. It is mark #65 (YAMASHIRO RYUHEI, started in 1914 and stopped production in 1989' This piece would have been made in the late forties or early fifties.
Figurine is of very high quality from his face to the details on his clothes and paint timed in gold. measurements are 6" high and 3" across the bottom.
If you collect beautiful figurines this one would be a very nice addition to your collection!
