This is PATRICIA CORNWELL'S TRACE – 2004. ISBN 0-399-15219-9. Trace is the thirteenth book of the Dr. Kay Scarpetta series.
SYNOPSIS: Dr. Kay Scarpetta, having left Richmond, Virginia five years ago to become
a freelancer, is asked to return at the request of her replacment, Chief Medical Examiner Joel Marcus. A young girl has been murdered, but very few clues are available. Scarpetta's investigations are hampered by Marcus's ineptness, the disarray of her former lab, and the interference of a glamorous FBI agent.
This book was published by the BERKELEY PUBLISHING GROUP in 2005. It is the paperback edition. I am not a professional book grader but I would consider this book to be in GOOD CONDITION. There is a bit of bumping around the edges, a few spine creases, the corners are slightly curled and there are some scratches on the front cover. The pages are crisp, clean and complete. I would consider this to be a great addition to any Patricia Cornwell collection. This book comes from a non-smoking environment and has been stored in an archival box. It will be bagged and wrapped in cardboard when shipped.
