This is a Hand Made Whirligig, it is made out of 3/4" White Pine Wood, it has 2 Coats of Oil Base Paint for the Protection of the Wood from the weather conditions, the feet are made out of Vinyl Siding and this one measures 1" tall x 12" wide.
These are hand made by my Father and if you so choose to purchase any two of the same price range, he will give you $5.00, they come with an 18" steel rod and he has sold hundreds of these on Ebay and in the front yard of the home in which he lives. They come complete with instructions for putting together and all the necessary hardware, it is just cheaper to ship them unassembled.
