We keep one here at all times for checking pieces to make sure they work. This piece is in very good condition but the action of the car is slow. Like many enesco musicals, it's finicky! But everything else goes at is supposed to!

OUR RETURN POLICY: All sales are final unless not as described. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws.

OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If you did not purchase insurance and items arrive broken, we will not accept returns.
When it leaves us, it is in tact. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must work with the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, etc) to file the claim. They will normally want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). They will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for you, for five (5) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
