Bag meansures 12" wide x 5 1/2" high x 3 3/4" deep. It is fully lined (print fabric) with a inside zipper compartment in one side wall of lining. The bag has a heavy magnetic closure, 2 rolled leather handles. The top of this bag is hinged & clamps shut (and stays open for easy access which is very nice). There are no use marks that I see but I believe it to be preowned.
