Offered today from my personal collection of antique photography is a tintype of a rather scary faced mother seated with her two good looking young boys. This was an outdoor shot with mansion backdrop & you can see the grass on the bottom left near older boys feet! Tin in pretty good condition for the age with a few losses around older boys head and along the right shoulder of younger brother. Estimated age is post civil war period c.1865-80. This would be a wonderful addition to any collection of antique photography.
