This is a vintage 1943 crochet book for CHADWICK'S READ HEART WOOLS. Inside are instructions for making such unique items as honey bunny bonnets, pixie hoods,crocheted chapeau, butterfly sacques, toe toasters, baby pompadours, bonnets, booties, creepers, jack 'n' jill jumpers, pinafore pet and suspender suits and much more!
Even if you are not interested in cochet, this book is wonderful for the great baby vintage pictures inside. See scans.
It was published by the Spool Cotton Company in 1943, is 8.5x11 and has 32 pages. The price was 10 cents and it is book #197. It is in good condition with some wear and aging. All is complete with pages intact but separated from outside covers.
