I'm not a professional book grader but I have examined this magazine and would say that it is in NEAR MINT condition! This
magazine would be a wonderful addition to any X-FILES collection. This book comes from a non-smoking environment and has
been bagged and carefully stored in an archival box. It will be bagged in plastic and protected with cardboard for shipping.
