Bluebells & Bast Egyptian Cat Goddess ACEO Print

This card is from one of my original watercolors titled "Bluebells and Bast" depicting the Cat Goddess Bast with paw raised - Lucky Cat, Maneki Neko style - amidst the bluebells with ladybugs.
Most of my cards come with a small story, written at the time the original artwork is created. This is printed on the backs of the cards, along with the title of the piece and date it was created. They are hand signed "DS Irvin" which is how I sign my original prints and artwork and are hand numbered. This is card #4 and is an open edition. The story for this artwork reads: "The spirit of Bast is alive in the woodlands amongst the bluebells, purple clover, and lucky ladybugs. She is seated on her gold cushion, is wearing her gold scarab necklace, and is painted with metallic silver watercolor which gives her a glimmer. Her ladybug mascots are taken somewhat by surprise at this unusual visitor to their homeland."
This ACEO (which stands for Art Cards, Editions & Originals) measures the standard 3 1/2" x 2 1/2" and is laminated. I choose to laminate cards which are prints and don't include any hand enhancing or painting as it makes them far more durable, increasing their longevity, and enriches the colors.
This card was printed with a color laser printer on acid free cover stock. The ghosted watermark does not appear on the actual print.
