1977 Raggedy Ann and Andy Playhouse Dollhouse in original box

Here is a vintage and hard to find Raggedy Ann and Andy house with accessories and original box. I will state up front that it's not in the best of condition - the house is apart at the bottom hinge which is broken, but it can be put together for display. It has a lot of lithos peeling (see photos) and a lot of glue that has yellowed over time. The two dolls are watermarked and have thinned hair, and the pillows as well.
The box is in fair condition - has a rip, etc. Not great.
HOWEVER I believe it is complete and the pieces are hard to find. It includes everything that is stated on the box side-- the only thing I question is that there is a little bluebird the top of the house in one of the pictures (not all) and I don't know if that bird is supposed to be there or not. It's not listed in the parts and it's not pictured on all the pictures of the roof, so I would call the set complete. It would be best to try to find a new Ann and Andy and possibly pillows, but the other pieces are okay including the RARE heart swing, which is in nice shape!
I have many more photos than these, including the heart swing - - please ask and I will email them. I can't load more than four onto Blujay.
