Return Policy:The buyer has 7 days after receipt to return the item for a full refund less shipping and handling.(The buyer pays all insurance/shipping fees)...Item returned after 7 days can be returned for merchandise credit or exchange for 15 days after receipt...Item must be in new condition. Non-Defective items being returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable rather domestic or international under any circumstance.
If the product found defective, please notify us within 7 days from the receipt date. We will issue you a RAM number and it is your responsibility to mail the defective item back to us. Upon receive your return, If the item is defective, It will be replaced/repaired under warranty Terms. Unfortunately, sometimes packages get miss-handled during shipping by the courier resulting in physical damage to the items. Please hold onto the items and all packing materials and contact us immediately. All physical damage and/or missing parts to items when received must be reported within 24 hours after the delivery has been made for insurance claim. Also please contact Carrier ASAP. If item not covered under shipping insurance there will be little we can do but we will try and assist and resolve your problem.

We gladly support our troops we ship APO/FPO. APO/FPO Shipping is only done through USPS...Please if your verified address in PayPal is a P.O. Box you must use USPS, because UPS and FEDEX do not deliver to P.O. Boxes...Please update your shipping address in PayPal before sending payment if using PayPal.
