Vintage (not reproduction) white Barbie nurse uniform with navy blue cape, #991, 1961.
This outfit is in very good "played with" condition. It does look like the zipper was restiched. Still has "silver" pin on uniform and clasp on cape is intact. Some red from the lining of the cape has bled on to the Barbie tag.
